Brief Bio:
Entering deep Presence through the breath, Carole Ann experienced multiple openings into conscious awareness. These spiritual awakenings led to a dramatic shift in physical health plus leaving traditional health care after 23 years. As she continued opening to non-dual wisdom teachers appeared. She began to share her experience and insights. Her work focuses on assisting people to awaken, breathe, heal and love.
Carole Ann has informal gatherings to connect with deep inner wisdom. Drawing from her own spiritual awakening, she creates a field of awareness that brings the present moment alive. A typical gathering is a tapestry of comments, inquiry, sensing, breath awareness and deep resting in presence.
